The Cap Barbell FM-504 weight bench is a very versatile piece of equipment. You can choose from for the different adjustable positions: an upright position, a flat position, an incline position, and a decline position. You will be able to achieve almost any exercise you can think of with a bench on this particular machine including bicep curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, leg raises, chest presses, chest flies, and many more.

This weight bench has durable foam coverings for the leg extension to make the exercise much more comfortable for the user. The unit also includes an additional dumbbell holder that will allow for access to the dumbbells while working out (located under the bench).
