New Viking-AR Adjustable Resistance

The Viking and the Viking-AR are similar in many ways but different in one BIG WAY.  The new Viking-AR model allows you to adjust the amount of resistance with a dial knob for even more control over your workouts.  You can change the resistance on the fly allowing for multiple level resistance profiles during a single workout.

This new feature will allow a multi level fluid experience on a home based product.  Especially if you are on a budget and  you don't want to spend a lot more for one of the more advanced models, then the Viking-AR may be just the rower that you are looking for.
