MMA and Boxing Gloves Information

Enhance your boxing, martial arts, and cardio with boxing and mma gloves.  There are a lot of training gloves to choose from and depending on what your primary goals are will determine what type of training glove to choose.

Lighter and smaller gloves are great for boxing or cardio training.  They generally have a velcro strap that can be easily fastened into place.

Heavier gloves and fighting gloves generally have laces on them or require taping so that they will be secured on your hand.  They can vary in the amount of padding that they have as well.
