Gym Mats Information

Gym Mats are items that every home gym, workout room, or any other heavily frequented room should have.  These mats provide a level of protection to the flooring beneath the mats.  The mats also provide a cushion for individuals walking on top of them and in the event that something were to drop to the floor the mats would absorb most of the impact.

Some gym mats are treated with an Anti-Microbial agent that will add an additional layer of protection to your workout area that will protect against bacteria, fungi, and other organisms.

Most of the gym mats look like puzzle pieces which can be snapped together and customized to fit your entire workout location.  You then snap on finishing edges to the edges of the mats to make the floor look professional.
